Gareth Bird is an ex-RAF fast jet pilot who now flies the Boeing 757 and 767 for a UK airline and occasionally conducts post maintenance test and delivery flights for third parties.

​

He has over 6500 flying hours, accrued over 19 years, on a variety of fixed wing aircraft. He also has a small number of hours in helicopters, all under the watchful eye of his father.

​

He is a keen aviation, landscape and motocross photographer and adventure sports enthusiast.

​

Gareth is also a consultant SUA Instructor and Examiner for Flyby Technology.
